Donations for booths are as follows: Between June 1st and August 1st the rate is $75.00 for a 10x10.After August 1st the donation rate is $100.00 for a 10x10  NO booth reservations after Sept 15th.  Table space donations for a 3x6’ table is $40. Business sponsorship is $200 which includes web site advertisement, 10x10 booth, mentions in printed festival programs and advertisements including logo on poster. All proceeds are tax deductible. Joyful Living 501(c)(3) is the proud sponsor of the Fairy Folk Festival.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own chairs and tables. No electricity is available. The Fairy Folk Festival assumes no responsibility for damage, theft or accidents during the event. Set up time is 8am on Sept. 27th(possibly earlier) Festival times are 12:00pm-7:00pm. Vendors can drop off their booth equipment at the front gate and then are required to move their cars to the vendor parking area. Please clean up your booth space using the trash cans provided by the Parks Department.  Thank you for your cooperation.
